The electoral authority, CNE, declared Maduro the victor, a decision the opposition contests. They assert their candidate, Edmundo Gonzalez, secured twice the votes of Maduro. Notably, the CNE has not released detailed vote counts, and its website has been inaccessible since July 29, 2024.
