Oksem was charged with four counts of attempted murder using a firearm, one count of knowledge of unauthorized possession of a firearm, one count of occupant of motor vehicle knowing there was a firearm, one count of possession of a loaded prohibited or restricted firearm, and one count of discharge firearm with intent.
