Coroners confirmed last week that all 10 fire victims were killed in smoke inhalation in a flame in northern Pennsylvania.

All 10 people found in an early morning fire in northeastern Pennsylvania last week died from smoke inhalation, officials said Monday.

An autopsy of the victims of the early Friday morning fire in Neskopec was conducted on Saturday and Sunday, according to the Lucerne County coroner's office. Authorities said a verdict on the cause of death for all 10, including classifying the deaths as accidents or homicides, is pending the results of a state police fire investigation.

Medical records, dental records, andDNA reviews are also pending as appropriate, the coroner's office said.
