The grieving family of tragic Archie Battersbee has demanded an investigation following his death.
They say parents need not go through a terrifying ordeal after little Archie's life support was turned off at the Royal London Hospital on Saturday morning. } According to the devastated family, Archie Battersby "fizzled out" as his family watched his "brutal" final moments after life support was switched off.

A 12-year-old boy died at 12:15 pm on Saturday 6 August, his mother Holly Dance confirmed outside the Royal London Hospital.
She found him unconscious on April 7, with a knot around his neck.

After his life-sustaining treatment was stopped shortly after 10 a.m. yesterday, his eldest brother Tom's fiancée, Ella Rose Carter, told reporters about Tom's heartbreaking final moments.
She said: "There is no dignity in seeing a family member or a child suffocate to death.
"I hope my family never has to go through what we went through.
She continued, "He stopped all medications at 10. His overall stats remained perfectly stable for two hours before ventilation decreased."

Doctors believe Archie is brainstem dead, continuing In his best interests he stated that life support was not possible.
