Auchinleck Talbot 0 Darvel 3 Early title marker as reigning champion

Michael Kennedy claims that if Darbell slams beechwood into Auchinlek Talbot, don't go crazy.

Goals from Daryl Megat, Alan Mackenzie and Andy Sterling gave the reigning champions their first victory of the West of Scotland League Premier Division season.

"It's a great result for us, a great performance, but all in all it's just three points," said Vale manager Kennedy.

"To be fair, I thought the red card was a bit soft, but this is one of those things that lets the referee make the decision, and the referee does it.
