Boris Johnson has put his London townhouse on the property market for £1.6m and hopes to earn around £400k on the sale.
Outgoing Prime Minister and his wife Carrie announced that Johnson had obtained the keys to Downing Streetin July 2019. I bought a bed terrace.
Then a little over three years later, the house the two bought for his £1.2 million is back on the market.
According to the Sunday Mirror ,Johnsons had tried to rent his three-story property for £4,000 a month, but was unable to do so. did. Moved to No10.
This home has a 100 foot backyard and 2,100 square feet of living space.
Realtors Davis and Gibbs said: Many features have been preserved, such as shutters, wooden floors, and low-rise cast-iron radiators.
The house is located near Myattsfield Park in Camberwell, described by Davis and Gibbs as "London's hidden gem".
It is currently unknown where Boris and Carrie will move to when they leave Downing Street next month, but they own a house in Thame, Oxfordshire.
Downing Street has not commented.
