A Brit has been found floating dead around the coastline of Mallorca, Spain, sparking a police investigation.
The body of a 20-year-old tourist was spotted just a few metres from Can Picafort beach on the island's northeast coast, at around 10.15am on Tuesday.
A Santa Margalida police officer reportedly dashed out into the sea to recover the body which was found with a notebook in his possession, a witness said.

Paramedics worked to resuscitate the man who police believe the man sadly drowned in the area of the Mar y Paz Hotel.
The Guardia Civil were also quickly in attendance at the scene.
Earlier this year a six-year-old British boy tragically drowned in a hotel swimming pool in Mallorca.
Corey Aughey from Northern Ireland, died after drowning at the Globales Bouganvilla Apart hotel on June 2.

Emergency responders revived him at the side of the pool and rushed him to Son Espases Hospital in a "critical state" where he lost his fight.
According to local media, his parents reportedly lost sight of him for a few minutes before he was found face down in the water.
