Carol Vorderman has once again shown off her incredible figure - this time while wearing a sequin Union Jack bikini top as she 'flew the flag' for the UK.
The former Countdown host recently received a number of compliments after posting a picture on Instagram informing her 260k fans that she was about to undertake a sweaty kettlebell session at the gym, writes Manchester Evening News.
In the post Carol, 61, said: "Evening. Just a bit hooked on a new stretching regime and kettlebell workouts.....doesn’t take much to keep me happy eh?!
"I’m still flying the flag in spite of the current economic nightmare going on in the country....!!!!"
Coronation Street favourite Helen Flanagan replied with love heart emojis and drewarkart told her: "Stunning just stunning." peterthompson5176 said: "Looking stunning Carol, obviously the exercise routine is working for you." And tysontoottoot marvelled with a flame emoji: "61."

And she added about her skimpy outfit:"I’m still flying the flag in spite of the current economic nightmare going on in the country....!!!!" A day earlier Carol drew in compliments and flame emojis as she posed in Kim Kardashian's underwear and shapewear range.
She looked stunning in Skins as she beamed for the camera in a nude-coloured cropped top showing off her toned tummy. She coordinated her skintight top with figure hugging women's boy shorts as the praise poured in.
Carol is best known for co-hosting the game show Countdown for 26 years from 1982 until 2008. She wrote alongside the snaps on her Instagram: "A short health/gym break in a bit of sunshine....am getting obsessed with @skims....by @kimkardashian."
She wrote: "This crop top for gym is SOOOO comfy....Doing loads of stretching and weights and having a great time. Home soon xx" And model Christine McGuinness led the comments to tell her: "Perfect for the bigger bust and booty."
"Lols. You know it," Carol agreed. sandygowans1 told her: "Wow you look amazing xx" And anniewones said: "Wow insane you look gorgeous." Jon_walker8 wrote with a string of flame emojis: "This lady is so fit." And gavlar002 praised: "Stunning and fantastic, keep up the fitness and healthy lifestyle."
Last month Carol showcased her impressive figure as she posed during a workout on her trip to a juice retreat in Portugal. The Pride of Britain presenter looked sensational in an orange and purple sports bra and a pair of leopard print workout leggings as she showed off her tiny waist and biceps.
Another snap showed Carol smiling widely with her foot on an aerobic step. Dame Kelly Holmes wrote: "Wow looking so good."
