LOVE Island’s most stomach-churning challenge has been axed and will never return to the ITV show.
Creative Director Mike Spencer tells The Sun that the game - which saw cast transfer liquid by spitting it into each other’s mouths - won’t be back for series ten.

However, the show will see new challenges when it returns this Monday, 5 June.
Speaking to The Sun at the Love Island villa, Mike said: “I think we’ll leave it - I do miss it a little bit, but we decided to get rid of it. We’ll keep that not happening.”
In 2022 the game - called Lip Service - saw islanders transferring cocktail ingredients between their mouths in an effort to win the race.
But viewers were horrified - saying it made them feel sick and threatening to complain to Ofcom.
One person wrote: “We need to report this challenge to ofcom #LoveIsland.”
A second commented: “Why do they keep bringing back this game? It’s not even a joke. Where can I submit an OFCOM complaint? #loveisland.”
While a third said: “Time to call Ofcom over these nasty food and drink spitting challenges. they're not erotic or kinky. they're DISGUSTING! #LoveIsland.”
“They allowed Davide to do mouth to mouth with Gemma? Do they want ofcom complaints #LoveIsland,” added a fourth.
Love Island returns Monday 5 June at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX
