CORONATION Street fans are horrified after Stu Carpenter reveals the shocking truth behind Charlie Walter's murder.
Veteran - played by actor Bill Fellowes on ITV Soap - is exiled as a murderer serving 27 years after murdering his lover Charlie his Walter it was done.
However, he maintains his innocence and tonight revealed that he had been tortured by the police and confessed.
He goes to talk to his ex, Yasmine, and reveals what led him to confess to Charlie's murder.
Stu told her,

Meanwhile, Yasmeen and Zeedan returned home and mocked his story.
But viewers are heartbroken by what Stu went through.
