Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) have conducted a search. The 45th president claimed to have received the warrant at Donald Trump's home in Palm Beach.
In a statement released Monday night, the former US president claimed his Florida residence was "besieged" by US domestic intelligence and security agents.
Trump said:
"Never before has anything like this happened to a US president."
He added: No home was needed or suitable.

Mr Trump said spies had "infiltrated" his coffers. He has compared the alleged investigation to Watergate and even a "witch hunt."

The incident came as a bipartisan House task force was investigating Trump's involvement in the January 6 U.S. Capitol riot.
Federal prosecutors have separately asked for witnesses to come forward to talk about how the former president behaved during the riots, and the U.S. Investigating discovery of box of records containing information. A-Lago following Trump's election loss in 2020.
