It has been over a decade since Madeline Duggan took on the role of Lauren Branning in EastEnders.
She was part of the dramatic Branning family from 2006 to 2010 - before Jacqueline Jossa stepped in as the 'new' Lauren.
From her father Max having an extra-marital affair to being at the centre of a dark grooming storyline, her character has been through it all.
However, it all came to an end when Jacqueline took over, which Madeline says she 'understands now'.
Reflecting on her short stint on the soap, Madeline said: "I looked like a baby in that ep and I was tiny and didn't grow (still only 5'2) so I get that they wanted someone older to play different story lines and I'm very glad it happened."

"Being an out of work actress doesn't pay," she said.
She has appeared in TV shows like Silent Witness and By Any Means. She also starred as Laura in Everyone's Going To Die.
The actress boasts over 25,000 followers on Instagram and shares gorgeous selfies and looks with her followers.

She also posts snaps from her sunny holidays abroad and always looks out of this world in her many swimsuits.
One snap showed her wearing a bright orange bikini along with a thin white cover-up as she stood by the poolside.
The actress posed for the camera with a full face of make-up as she enjoyed the sunshine at a beach club.

Another snap showed her posing on a balcony in a white swimsuit in front of a gorgeous view of mountains and greenery.
She held onto a woven bag and stuck her leg out for the camera.
Madeline recently posted a picture from her night out at Oscar's in Mayfair, London.
