Owning two kettles may seem strange to some, but it's far from the worst part of the story. A woman terrorized people by revealing what her family was using her second device for.
Her mother posted on her Reddit explaining that her friends believed her family were all "crazy." No one can dispute that assessment. Everyone commenting on her post was trying to figure out or calculate what was going on in her head instead of endorsing her.
She asked at the beginning of her post: "I asked friends about this recently, and they all said that my family was all crazy. I suspect other people were raised the same way."

“Basically, we have two kettles in our kitchen. One is for boiling water and the other is for warming soup.
``Does anyone use the kettle this way? It makes sense, but no one seems to think so.”
The original poster detailed the reasons for using a kettle instead of a microwave and the cleaning process.
"I reheat any soup in a kettle, but homemade soups are made in a pot. Canned soups are most often used in her soup kettle," she explained. 64} (

When asked what she would do if the soup stuck to the elements in the kettle, she replied:
Another comment: "This post totally blew me away. Kettle Soup????" I agree with you 100%," wrote Sally sarcastically.
Third agreement: "No, this is very wrong. It may be illegal in some countries!
Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture of the soup in the kettle, so you'll have to use your imagination. There is also a third kettle from ,” one sarcastically said.
Another added: : "The third one is chicken tikka masala. The fourth one is beans. The fifth one is exclusive to the Sports Direct mug."
