GOGGLEBOX star Tom Malone Junior has revealed a bizarre rule that all families have to stick to if they want to stay on the show.
The dancer, 26, made the revelation during a recent Q&A on Instagram.
Tom joined the cast of the Channel 4 show back in 2014 alongside his mum Julie, dad Tom Senior, and his brother Shaun.
In February 2021 he decided to quit the show after six years on the sofa.
Although he's not on the programme anymore, he still has a huge following on social media, and had a catch up with his followers on Instagram yesterday.
During his question and answer, one fan asked him: "Do you stay in touch with anyone from Gogglebox other than your family?"
Tom replied: "So the weird thing with Gogglebox is, if you're on the show, you're not allowed to meet up with anyone else that is on the show, unless it's like an awards show that you're invited to or something.
"I still speak to a few people on social media and I still speak to all the crew and stuff...
"And see my mum and dad sometimes..."
Last year Tom shared the news that he had left Gogglebox on Instagram.
He said: "So after 6 and a half years it’s finally time to put down the remote, and to say goodbye to Gogglebox," he wrote on Instagram at the time.
"I’ve loved every minute and I’m eternally grateful to @channel4 and @studiolambert for allowing me to be a part of the show.
"But new opportunities are knocking on the door and it’s time to explore them.
"I look forward to enjoying the show as a viewer and not having to worry about having said something stupid.
"PS. Don’t worry my family @themalonesgb and @shaunmalone95 will still be on the show to keep you guys entertained every Friday.
"To the future."
Many speculated that it was to do with the fact that his girlfriend Bryony Briscoe wasn't allowed to take part in the programme.
He revealed that he left on "good terms" and it was to pursue other things.
The TikTok star recently took part in E4's The Real Dirty Dancing.
