Tens of thousands of internet users were unable to use Google services after the internet giant suffered an unexplained outage.
As early as Tuesday (August 9), there were 40,000 incidents of people reporting problems with the world's largest search engine, according to Downdetector, a monitoring service that tracks failures by collating status reports. It is said that there was more than that.
Some users got the error he message, "Your request could not be completed because an error occurred on the server."
Google has yet to issue a statement on the technical issue.
