Horror family finds human remains in used suitcase bought at online auction

Family found human remains in a set of used suitcases purchased online.

A family of terrors from South Auckland, New Zealand purchased a package online as part of an auction to clear unclaimed items from storage lockers.

Manurewa's Moncrief made a terrifying discovery in his driveway on his Avenue last Thursday afternoon as he began to unpack his delivery trailer.

They then called the police.

A murder investigation has been launched, with local police reportedly not denying claims that "multiple victims" were involved in the incident.

Investigator Tofilau Faamanuia Vaerua said, "The resident of the address is not believed to be involved in the incident."

"I understand there is a lot of public interest in what happened, but given the nature of the discovery, much more research is needed."

A neighbor told the newspaper that the smell bothered him. I put [what they had bought] back in the trailer.The neighbor asked.

``I hunt pigs, and they smell like rotting carcasses.So dead animals.

Another neighbor said that a young woman, a man in his 30s, and an "old man" lived there.

On Monday The police left, but a large metal gate closed the driveway.

An autopsy is said to be ongoing.

A police spokesperson previously stated: It will be carried out before police can comment further.

"The police priority is to establish the identity of the deceased so that the full circumstances behind the discovery can be established."
