Myra Hindley is widely regarded as "the most evil woman in Britain" and her part in the killing of five children led to her becoming one of the most notorious serial killers in British history.
Hindley, along with her partner Ian Brady, murdered five children between July 1963 and October 1965 and police are currently searching for the body of one of their victims after what appears to be a skull has been found.
Police are digging on Saddleworth Moor for Keith Bennett, who was abducted by Brady and Hindley 58 years ago at the age of 12.
Keith is the only victim who has never been found after the killers refused to reveal where his body was.
In 1966 both Hindley and Brady were jailed for life for the murders, Ian Brady died in 2017 at the age of 79 but Myra died much earlier back in 2002.

The 60-year-old Moors murderer died from respiratory failure after suffering from a series of heart and lung conditions that had caused her health to deteriorate in the weeks before her death.
Myra was a chain smoker and was known to smoke up to 40 cigarettes a day. She experienced an array of health issues during her days in prison and was reportedly taking 42 pills a day for her many ailments at the time of her death.
In 1999 she had also been hospitalised after suffering a brain aneurysm.
Despite battling to be released from prison, Myra was still incarcerated at the time of her death.
She had been moved from her cell at Highpoint prison near Haverhill for tests at the Suffolk hospital but quickly became gravely ill.
Myra had returned to Catholicism while in prison and on the day of her death was read the last rights at 9am in the morning by a prison priest before being read them again for the last time in the afternoon.

According to the priest who accompanied Hindley on her death bed, the murderers' last words were about "concern for her mother".
Father Michael Teader, who worked as a Roman Catholic chaplain at Highpoint Prison, spent more than 20 hours with Myra after she had been given the last rites in her hospital bed.
Speaking outside his home after her death, he revealed: "The last conversation she had before she died concerned her mother. She just expressed concern for her mother - but I will not say exactly what she said.
"She regained consciousness for only a very short time during the night on Thursday."
