Terror on Skye: Dad Shot, 3 Others Wounded

A father died and three others were injured in a series of suspected firearm-related incidents in Highlands.

His 47-year-old man, locally named John McKinnon, is believed to have been shot dead at Ting, Isle of Skye, around 9:30 am yesterday.

He also had three others injured in other incidents, which are being treated as related, the Daily Record reports.

At around 9am, police rushed to Tarskavaig on the Isle of Skye after receiving reports that a 32-year-old woman had been seriously injured.

The woman was taken to Queen of Glasgow for treatment. She was taken to Elizabeth University Hospital, but her condition remains unknown.
