Jacqueline Jossa has admitted she can no longer keep a secret from her devout fanbase, after sharing a motivational snap of her gym session on social media.
The EastEnders star is currently on holiday with her husband, Dan Osbourne and their two daughters, at a mystery vacation destination. She took to Instagram earlier today to share a snap from her workout at the hotel's fitness centre, proving she's committed to keeping her exercise routine up even away from home.
"Gym on holiday, I don't even know who I am at this point," she captioned the selfie, which shows her standing in the changing room while wearing a sports bra and leggings. Jacqueline also shared a photo of her sitting on a yoga mat inside the gym, suggesting she's also incorporated some stretches into her workout.
In another post to her Story, the 30-year-old raved about her "bloody great" fitness attire from MyProtein. For less than £100, she received 5 sets of leggings and sports bras. "I wanted to keep this bargain to myself but I can't, can I," she confessed, before adding, "It's unfair." She also admitted she didn't even know MyProtein sold clothes but that she's pleasantly surprised to find they offer pieces that are "good quality" despite being "so cheap."
This isn't the first time Jacqueline has shared her diet and fitness regime with fans. In March 2021, she revealed to her followers that she had dropped "over half a stone" and had plans to lose more.
"I have tried to be as good as possible. You guys know I'm on a bit of a healthy reboot plan," she said. After winning I'm A Celebrity in 2019, Jacqueline converted her garage into a gym so that she could save time on travelling to work out.
"I'd rather just put the kids to bed or wake up in the morning and get stuff done at home," she explained. "I can stop being such a lazy sloth and sort my life out a little bit." Along with doing HIIT workouts on the treadmill and lifting weights, Jacqueline also reduced her calorie intake and incorporated protein shakes into her meal plan. The soap star has also previously admitted to feeling insecure about her appearance, to the point she questions her right to work in fashion.
"I have moments where I really, really, like, don’t want to do a shoot because I’m like, ‘No I can’t, I’m just not in the shape I need to be to sell clothes, I’m frumpy, I feel rubbish,'" she revealed in 2021.
"But like, when you guys say it I’m like, ‘NO! We are human beings, we are women, we should be able to wear what we want.'"
