The on-off duo were said to be seen together at the football match of her youngest son Jett, according to OK! Magazine.
The rumours they rekindled their romance will come as a shock to fans after their recent fall-out.
Katie, 44, was said to be concerned Carl has a 'big black book' of material that could be damaging to her career.
Meanwhile, Pricey's ex Kieran was quizzed by police on Monday after being arrested on suspicion of stalking.
The 35-year-old was detained at Worthing Police Station in Sussex and released that evening.
"A 35-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of stalking and has been released on police bail while enquiries continue."
Kieran has been forced to ban fans from messaging him following his arrest.
It's unclear the decision behind Kieran's move to block commentary on the page.
