KATIE Price has opened up about the "massive void" left in her life after her son Harvey moved out.
The former glamour model, 43, admits she really struggled when 20-year-old Harvey - who has multiple disabilities - went to live at a residential college.
Katie has cared for Harvey his entire life after his dad, ex footballer Dwight Yorke, decided he wanted nothing to do with his son.
And during an emotional interview with TV funnyman, the mum-of-five has spoken about the moment he flew the nest last year.
Katie said during the most recent episode of Shopping With Keith Lemon: "Can you believe my little Harvey Price is 20?"
When Keith asked what it was like for Katie when Harvey moved to college, she replied honestly: "Well it's like a relief. But at the same time, a massive void out of my life."
Harvey suffers from Septo-optic Dysplasia, which is the cause of his blindness, and Prader-Willi syndrome which causes physical symptoms and learning difficulties.
In the latest episode of the ITV2 show, Katie also recalled the moment doctors first diagnosed her son's blindness hours after she had given birth,
"I'll never forget it. I was in the room with my mum and the doctor looked at his eye and went, 'Ah yes, he's blind'," Katie said.
"It was like we were on a conveyer belt. He just look normal, just perfect. A nice cuddly baby."
She added: "I had no idea because he was my first. To me he just looked perfect, but he's still perfect to me."
Katie was filmed as she shopped for huge inflatable bouncy castles and assault courses for Harvey's 20th birthday.
She told Keith that he adores jumping around but was crystal clear when it came to his present list.
"I've asked what he wants and he just says the same thing," Katie said. "He wants crayons, A3 paper and a carrot cake. That's all he wants."
Harvey did also go on to receive a major haul of XL clothing just in time for his special day.
Katie now has five children; Harvey, Junior, 17, Princess, 15, Jett, nine, and Bunny, eight.
