Kerry Katona rushed to A&E as singer tells fans she’s ‘so worried’

KERRY'S PAIN

KERRY Katona has told how she had became so fearful for her health that she raced into A&E.

The Atomic Kitten legend, 42, said she was "so worried" when a concerning condition failed to clear up.

Kerry told last month that she felt unable to breathe, telling fans: "I feel like I need popping."

But things became so serious that she visited hospital to try and get a diagnosis.

The star told New magazine: "I'm really swollen and it hasn't got any better. I ended up going to A&E as I was so worried about it.

"They've told me that they need to investigate further. So for now, my doctor at Pall Mall Cosmetics has given me some water tablets which will hopefully help with the swelling."

The star explained that she had visited the clinic for a consultation for an eyelid lift she planned to have done.

Kerry explained her ordeal in a previous column, saying: "I was lying down in bed and I felt like I couldn’t breathe.

"My throat and chest felt really tight, it was awful. I felt like I was going to die."

She explained: "My body has been swollen since I had surgery last year. My whole body is sore and puffy – my legs, my stomach, my face, my neck. I feel like I need popping."
