Lewis Hamilton says he's 'not the same person' after his life-changing trip to Africa during the Formula One summer break.
The 37-year-old racing driver wants to spend time "going to his roots," posting a series of photos and videos from his travels onInstagram. I share it with my fans.

In addition to a series of snaps from his trip through Africa, Lewis wrote a lengthy caption describing his emotions he has felt over the past two weeks.
Lewis writes: "These last two weeks have been the best days of my life.
"I am not the same person I was before this trip. All the beauty, love and peace I experienced. makes me feel completely changed.
"I can't photograph how I feel right now or what I'm trying to say. is deeply embedded in emotion.”
The F1 star continued: “I feel connected to my roots and history and my ancestors more than ever. I am grateful to Namibia, Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania.
