Marks and Spencer has cut all the plastic from festive wrapping paper for the first time in an effort to go green - but not all shoppers are happy.
One customer even said the new wrapping made her "unbelievably angry".
While many praise the quality of the paper some are saying it rips when you peel off the recyclable stickers holding the roll together.
This means you're left with a section of unusable wrapping, they claim.
M&S says it has added an extra 15 cm of paper to all the rolls to account for any potential damage.
But some shoppers say it's a waste.

Among the more disgruntled, one wrote: "This wrapping paper is of very high quality but whoever manufactures it and decided to secure each roll in three sections with an adhesive band obviously didn't undertake any testing.
"When trying to remove the adhesive bands you find they peel away in tiny pieces to the point they damage the wrapping paper and you instantly lose six to eight inches on each roll.
"This is such a shame as like I said the actual paper, whilst not cheap, is very good."
Another echoed said: "Bought this wrapping paper with five 'peel me' stickers which were very hard to remove and kept tearing and damaging the wrapping paper.
"This was to be a quick job now, still trying to remove stickers.
"Wrapping paper design is lovely but the first 20cm of paper will have to be cut off."

Morgane, 28, wrote: "Started wrapping my Christmas presents this morning, using the wrapping paper I got from Marks & Spencer last month in Paris.
"Which made me unbelievably angry.
"It is plastic free and also ruined on half a metre because the damn stickers don't peel off properly! What a waste!"
The retailer replied to Morgane: "We have removed all the plastic from our entire Christmas roll wrap range this year.
"And to help ensure you still have the same M&S quality we have added an extra 15cm of paper to account for any paper damaged during the removal of stickers.
"So you have exactly the same amount of usable wrap as last year, we just use the extra wrap as protection."
Among the positive reviewers, one person wrote on the M&S website: "I was very pleased to see M&S had a Christmas eco-friendly range [...] I would definitely recommend the range and buy again in future!"
Included in M&S' new eco-friendly wrapping collection is a woodland theme wrapping paper and accessory pack for £6.50, a blue mistletoe wrapping paper and gift tags pack for £5 and a luxury wrapping paper and accessory pack for £8.
M&S has been approached for comment.
