Mark Wright hugs and kisses stunning wife Michelle Keegan at London Marathon finish line

MARK Wright kissed and cuddled wife Michelle Keegan as he crossed the finish line of the London Marathon.

The loved-up couple put on a rare public display of affection after Mark completed the gruelling 26.2 mile city course.

Tired Mark was all smiles as he was reunited with his wife after pounding the pavement for over three hours.

Actress Michelle looked stylish with her hair in a top knot and wearing a black roll-neck and shades.

She joined Mark's mum Carol on the sidelines and they proudly cheered on their man.

Marathon finisher Mark was pleased as punch with the event, telling Instagram fans: "Wow what a day. Let me tell you, the best experience of my life. An absolute rollercoaster, the ups and the downs make it so worth while. I feel so proud, emotional and overwhelmed.

"The biggest thing I take from today, is the 42,000 people taking part, the 40,000 people that came to support and of course my army of 40 family members and friends on the streets of London, the best city on earth, I saw nothing but smiles, support and love for 3hr and 41 minutes.

"With all that is going on in the world, it made me realise…. Humanity is still alive and so beautiful. I love you London. Thank you for the memories, ones i’ll never forget."

He was praised by pals like Olly Murs, who said: "YOU DID IT!! Proud of ya mate! Unreal time too! 👏🏻👌🏻🙌🏻."

Ant Middleton said: "Great achievement that mate! Good job man."

Mum Carol wrote: "So proud of you son X ❤️."

The experience was made all the sweeter for Mark after last year's disappointment.

The 35-year-old was forced to withdraw with a calf tear just days before the event.

But speaking to the Sun in the build up to the 2022 race, Mark insisted it meant he was even more prepared this time round.
