According to arrest reports, Lynch, 36, was uncooperative with police and fell asleep several times during interrogation. After a judge issued a warrant, prison officers "had to use a restraint chair to force blood draws," the report said.
Lynch's attorney said the car was "safely parked" and that "given all the evidence, I am confident that this was not a DUI under Nevada law."
