Owami Davies: Police Issue New CCTV of Missing Student Nurse

Detectives released new CCTV footage of missing student nurse Owami Davis.

Grays, The 24-year-old man from Essexwas last seen in West South London.it was after midnight at the Road, July 7th.

Newly released images show Ms. Davis wearing a dark colored jacket, red Adidas T her shirt, light gray jogger pants, slider-type shoes, and white. It shows a handbag hanging over the shoulder.

CCTV caught him walking north on his road from West Croydon to London at about 12:30 am.

Chief Detective Nigel Penney, who is leading the investigation, said:

"I would like to ask any member of the public who has been on the road in this area or nearby to remember to call if they remember seeing Yamatomi. How important is your call?" Do not underestimate."

Chief Superintendent Dave Stringer, Southern Area Commander, said:

"We are working closely with our Specialist Crime colleagues, who are accustomed to large and complex investigations, and are providing them with all the assistance we can in this large-scale investigation.

"Everyone must hope that Owami is safe and well and that this nightmare for her friends and family is finally over."

The Metropolitan Police Department said she left her parents' house three days ago, on July 4.

Owami's mother, Nicol Davies, filed a public complaint through the police for help in finding her daughter.

She said:

"Every day we want to hear news that Owami is returning. Your help may make it possible."

Ms. Davis was nearing the end of her studies and had secured a job with Guy's and St. Thomas' Medical Trust, her mother said. She worked at A&E during her Covid-19 pandemic and she took an interest in disease research.

Five persons were arrested while under investigation on suspicion of murder or kidnapping.

All have since been released on bail, and the investigation team continues to investigate further.
