Since the pandemic, the East Kilbride doctor's surgery, which provides 'emergency only' services, has been denounced as a 'pandemonium' by furious patients.
Patients at Kirkview Medical Practice were urged to "show patience" after surgery announced a temporary closure last month.
Lanarkshire Live revealed that a last-minute text his message was sent to local residents recommending that medical care only be provided as an emergency from Monday, July 11.

Residents were taught routines Due to lack of staff, reservations could not be taken.
A posting on their website states:
``There is little or no compensation to help with absenteeism.
"Sorry for the inconvenience."
But disgruntled patients at the Hunter Health Center clinic have lost patience with the surgery, saying the novel coronavirus can no longer tolerate surgery. Used as an excuse for "shocking" service.

“It is impossible to see a doctor.

According to a Google review, the patient had been treated for 30 years.
Another patient commented on the online situation: Doesn't answer the phone, is always engaged, but no one is there."

Kirkview Medical Practice was rated the worst GP surgery in the East. Kilbride was ranked in the bottom 12 of Lanarkshire in a recent survey.
The Health and Care Experiences Survey 2021/22 asked 130,000 people across the country what they thought of local practices. He says:
