As the Ayrshire Music Festival gears up for its 10th anniversary, Prestofest hits the right note

A popular music festival is gearing up for its 10th anniversary party.

Prestfest transforms the town ofPrestwick for the weekend with pubs, bars, restaurants and outdoor gigs.

Thousands of people are expected to follow the trail toSouth Ayrshireto mark the spectacular annual event in early September.

Three days of music and entertainment with over 150 acts across the city.

Boyce His star Jeremy Rebiff is one of those who perform in the regular line-up of unknown talents and talented faces.

Action kicks off on Friday, September 2, with a total of 10 venues, including his two-day outdoor concert at Boyd Field's Garden.

Bill Briceland, one of the organizing committee members, said:

``It's going to be an exciting weekend with great, free live entertainment guaranteed. From the cricket club to the hangars and everything in between. Anyone who is there is rewarded with interesting performances in some unusual locations.There really is something for everyone.”
