In the latest phase of Ryan Giggs' trial for allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend, intimate messages from the two men, including vulgar poetry, were read in court.
The former Manchester United star, 48, said he had "completely lost control" at his Greater Manchester home in Worsley in November 2020. , 38-year-old Kate was accused of headbutting his Greville.
Prosecutors say the incident followed a "toxic and harmful" period in a two-and-a-half-year relationship in which he dominated and coerced her.

Giggs' mother sat in a public gallery at Manchester Crown Court as her defense team read her message.
