A teenage boy has been arrested on suspicion of murdering a schoolboy in a busy park.
Deshaun James Tuitt was fatally stabbedin an attack in Highbury Fields last Thursday.
A 15-year-old boy died of massive blood loss after being stabbed with a knife in front of witnesses.
Currently, he has another 15-year-old boy arrested and detained at the MET.
A 34-year-old woman was also arrested on suspicion of aiding the perpetrator, according to Scotland Yard.
Last night, the Metropolitan Police spoke out to other of her teenagers who had seen the attack.
Police believed there were a large number of young people in Islington Park at the time, and they may have felt pressured not to cooperate with police. I continued to urge anyone with footage or information about the incident to report what they saw.
Chief Criminal Investigator Joanna York said:
"We are working hard to put together a timeline of the events that led to DeShawn's murder, and anyone who sees anything or captures footage will be notified without delay.
"Deshawn's devastated loved ones are asking why this happened. If you have any information, please contact us." Please take it and help us provide the answers they desperately need."
Postmortem Examination DeShawn's cause of death was determined to be stab wounds, shock, and bleeding.
