A frantic swimmer in a desperate search for the missing children is an 11-year-old who went missing and died in theocean. Parkwas told to shout out the girl's name, a witness said.
In a shocking incident at Liquid near Windsor at her leisure,emergency services, lifeguards and members of the public said she was 1 before the girl was found Saturday. I've been looking underwater for over an hour.
Emergency services, including helicopters, ambulances and search and rescue services, were called to the scene around 3:55 pm, he reports .
The girl was taken to Wexham Park Hospital but died after being found at around 5:10 pm, Thames Valley Police said.
Her mother of two, who requested anonymity, said she initially hoped the girl would make it back to shore safely.
Her 34-year-old woman, who lived outside Reading and was in the park with her sons, said: They ran by the lake shouting her name.
``Later they learned that she wished to return to the shoreline somehow.
'' They were asking us all to shout her name, describing her as an adult shoulder height and with shoulder-length brown hair.
'' Her mother, or someone close to her, was wearing a bathing suit and was visibly shaking and crying while screaming for her.
Witnesses said lifeguards and good swimmers jumped into the water to search for the girl before an emergency occurred. Service arrived but could do nothing.
"We got back to the car, but it was stuck in traffic and an emergency vehicle was blocking the exit," she said.

Thames Valley Police superintendent Michael Greenwood, commander of the local police precincts of Windsor and Maidenhead, said: ``Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the young girl who died as a result of this tragic incident.
``We are in the early stages of investigating this incident and understanding the full circumstances.
"After a rapid response from all emergency services and an extensive search of the lake, the girl, aged 11, was found around 5:10 pm and taken to hospital.
``This was a very traumatic and upsetting incident for all involved. I know that some citizens entered the lake shortly after the fall, but were unable to find her.
"I would like to commend them for their bravery and bravery.
"Our deepest condolences to the girl's family and friends. We ask that their privacy be respected in this incredibly traumatic situation."
One eyewitness told Sky News that the girl was seen submerging in the water and "didn't come back." She was with a group of her friends celebrating another girl's birthday when she went missing, they said, at the scene Saturday afternoon.
The girl's death has been treated as unexplained and an investigation has been launched, Thames Valley Police said.
Although no formal identification has yet been made, the girl's next of kin have been notified and are being offered assistance by authorities.
Liquid Leisure said it will be closed on Sundays.
