"ADHD can be a huge force if you learn how to manage it properly.

"Boys appear differently than girls, so we're more anxious and restless, and boys are more physical, running around. It's a nightmare, to be honest."

Tanya's new documentary, "Tanya Bardsley: Me and ADHD," will premiere on ITV in October.

"It follows my family life and how my husband Phil puts up with me," she added.
