Chase's Bradley Walsh calls contestants out for bad guessing strategy

The Chase host Bradley Walsh demonstrated her poor guessing strategy on Monday night's episode of theITV quiz show. I sued.

Her receptionist Kate, the noted American author L. Frank, could not answer her questions about Baum, leaving her to speculate.

But she later explained her guessing strategy andBradley, 62, was not at all impressed.

Kate's question was, "What is her L. Frank, author of the 'Oz' book, her Baum birthstone?"

As always, contestants was given her three options. The answer was A: Emerald, B: Garnet, C: Ruby. 

Emerald may have seemed like a natural choice based on The Emerald City from The Wizard of Oz, but Kate opted for her C: Ruby. 

She explained her own choice: 

"And I already have 'A' two of hers, so I chose 'C'," she added.

However, Bradley quickly reveals that the answer is actually an emerald, proving Kate's guessing strategy far off.  

"Don't answer on the basis that 'I haven't had an A for a while, so I have to go to a B,'" urged Bradley.

Kate seemed puzzled by her strategy, but they both laughed it off. 

"It helped me pass some exams," she said. admitted.

Her comments baffled Bradley, and soon Vixen and Kate's teammates also left. went headlong with £50,000, adding it to the team's £10,000.

Unfortunately, they were defeated by The Vixen in the final chase.
