Two of the four men who were struck in a hit and run this morning are in a critical condition.
Following the crash, police arrested a 20-year-old man at Heathrow Airport on suspicion of attempted murder.
Emergency services were called at 2.43am today after reports that four people had been struck by a car in Hounslow, west London.
The pedestrians, all men in their early 20s, were taken to hospital where two remain in a critical condition. The two others were treated for non-life changing injuries.
The driver of the car did not stop at the scene, police said.

Police said he had booked a flight and was planning to leave the country. A second man was also arrested nearby on suspicion of assisting an offender.
Detective Chief Inspector Andy Thrower said: "This was a serious incident that will have shocked the local community.
