Watch a police car flood two cyclists as they drive through a puddle - people are demanding a fine

A police car is found soaking two cyclists and people are asking if they should be fined.

The video was uploaded to TikTok by user @nickdaw1 and shows a flooded London street.

It begins with a car driving through deep water, filmed with a smartphone from above a flooded road.

Here are the video captions: "Wait till the end" and "I got both".

After a few seconds, a siren is heard approaching a section of road and a police car comes into view.

At the same time, two cyclists can be seen heading in the same direction down a drenched road.

A police car roars past and hits the water, properly flooding both cyclists.

The video ends with a police car driving off the highway. In the background you can probably hear cyclists screaming.

Under Section 3 of the Road Traffic Act 1988, it is an offense to drive "without reasonable consideration for others."

According to the Crown Prosecutor's Office  this includes "walking through puddles and splashing pedestrians."
