Currently, as many as 26 conservative US states are expected to introduce new abortion restrictions or bans.
So far, abortion has been illegal or severely restricted in at least 11 states since the decision.
There are laws in 12 other states where access to them can be quickly banned or severely restricted.
Megan said the decision was telling women that "physical safety is not an issue."

There are concerns that the decision may increase the number of torts in the United States.
Megan called on people to "turn" their fear and anger at decisions to "something that makes a difference."
Prior to the November midterm elections, she said: "When you feel angry, you need to direct that energy to something that makes a difference.

" It feels like the tip of the iceberg and is part of the reason people feel so scared.
”We must put that fear into action. November of this year can start with a midterm election.
