What is ruck in rugby union?
One of the most dangerous and physically demanding parts of it.

The player cannot handle the ball or is penalized. Instead, you have to use your feet to move the ball or step over it to get off the rack. Only then can it be picked up.

How are teams penalized in the ruck?
Offside. The offside line is parallel to the goal line and runs through the rearmost player's back foot.
If the point is behind the goal line, the goal line is also the defending team's offside line.

Players should try to stay on their feet. Also, it must be tied to the rack, not to the side of it.
The ball can be played with your feet, but only in a safe manner.
If on the ground, the player must try to move away from the ball as it comes up.
If a player knocks over a ruck or intentionally steps on another ruck, a penalty is given.
or if someone tries to kick the ball out of the ruck.
However, if any player puts the ball back into the ruck or falsely leads an opponent to believe that the ruck has ended, free his kick is penalized.

Ending the ruck
Possession is gained by pushing the opposing team off the ball.
A ruck failure is when the ball becomes unplayable and the team that was advancing at the time wins the scrum.
If the ball clearly wins, the referee says ``Use it'' and must be played off the ruck within 5 seconds. Otherwise you will be given a scrum.
A ruck ends when the ball leaves or reaches the goal his line.
However, if the referee decides that the ball will not come out within a reasonable time frame, a scrum will be awarded.
