Joel Cholo Brooks is a Liberian journalist who previously worked for several international news outlets including the BBC African Service. He is the CEO of the Global News Network which publishes two local weeklies, The Star and The GNN-Liberia Newspapers. He is a member of the Press Union Of Liberia (PUL) since 1986, and several other international organizations of journalists, and is currently contributing to the South Africa Broadcasting Corporation as Liberia Correspondent.
Montserrado Distract #10 Representative Yekeh Kolubah has vowed to seek redress through the bush, if he feels cheated in the upcoming elections, saying that he doesn’t trust the Supreme Court of Liberia.
According to the Districts #10 Lawmaker, if elections are held and he compares his tally sheets with other political parties and notice he has been cheated, he will seek redress in the bush.
Addressing reporters last Wednesday, the controversial Montserrado Lawmaker called on oppositions not to take the elections diplomatically, adding that citizens are suffering during the current regime of president Weah.
