The political leader of the Movement for Progressive Change (MPC), Simeon Freeman have provided huge financial assistance to dozens of women in Grand Bassa County aimed at empowering them with huge financial loans in order to enable them to be self-sufficient in their daily lives.
Mr. Freeman who is also a renowned Liberian businessman, and a native of the county last weekend launched his Women Empowerment Loan Initiative in Buchanan, and further called on his kinsmen to be law abiding in whatever they are involved in.
Speaking to a cross section of Bassa citizens in Buchanan, Mr. Freeman blasted on the late Charles Walker Brumskine saying while he was alive, nothing that he did nothing for the people of the county while serving as one of Liberia’s best legal minds, and further failed to recondition any of the roads in Buchanan City.
The businessman and politician made the statement in reference to his loan initiative, road rehabilitation in Buchanan City among other programs for the people of the county.
