COMESA, EEC partner in competition policy, law enforcement

THE Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) Competition Commission (CCC) has partnered with Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) to collaborate in the areas of competition policy and law enforcement.
Under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), the two institutions will promote cooperation between the two institutions in the area of competition and competition law enforcement.
In addition, they will exchange non-confidential information on regional integration, laws, regulations, rules, statistical and informational materials, and other documents related to competition policy and antitrust regulation.
