The embassy points out that US-China trade helps both sides‚ and its wrong to think China lets drug materials flow to America. After Xi Jinping and Joe Biden made a deal last year China started doing more to stop drug crimes

Last summer brought some good news: China made its rules stronger for three chemicals that make fentanyl (which is a big problem in US). The countries top legal office told police to work harder on catching drug dealers; and both US-China teams did some investigations together
