A fire started in Asomatos, Limassol on Wednesday, the fire department said.
The fire is raging in SBA-controlled area, burning eucalyptus trees. Seven forestry department are operating in the site, together with two fire engines and two two fire service helicopters.
The fire is visible in urban areas in Limassol.
