In a significant escalation of tensions, Israeli forces conducted airstrikes on a southern suburb of Beirut, resulting in the death of at least six individuals, including a high-ranking Hezbollah commander. The Israeli military identified the target as Ibrahim Qubaisi, reportedly the head of Hezbollah's rocket and missile division.
