Haiti - PNH in action : Operation «Tornade 1» first positive assessment

The Temporary Anti-gang Unit (UTAG), the Intervention and Order Maintenance Corps (CIMO), the Departmental Order Maintenance Unit (UDMO) and the Tabarre Police carried out an operation in the areas of Torcel, Eddy One and Tapage which allowed the arrest of named Yvelt Célestin, alias "Tizo" and Jackson Onélus, alias "Akoun", influential member of the band in Vitelhomme.
