Joe Biden just changed his mind about giving Ukraine stronger weapons - a big shift that nobody saw coming. The US president now lets Ukraine use ATACMS missiles to hit specific targets in Russia (but only in the Kursk area)‚ which is super-different from what he said before

The ATACMS are pretty fast missiles that can fly about 190 miles‚ and Volodymyr Zelensky has been asking for them forever. Right now‚ most Russian planes that drop bombs on Ukraine fly from places these missiles cant reach
