Latest night-time drone strike hits Ukrainian capital, leaves multiple wounded
Russian drones targeted Kyiv in early-morning attack damaging buildings and injuring locals. Air defense systems worked against multiple aerial threats while some drones reached their targets
Russian unmanned aircraft hit Kyiv in the early hours of nov 27th causing injuries to three people (two needed hospital care). A non-residential structure in the citys Dniprovskyi area got damaged from falling drone parts.
Vitali Klitschko the citys mayor posted details on his Telegram channel while Serhiy Popko - head of local military command confirmed that air-defense units were working after midnight. The defense systems managed to stop 36 out of 89 incoming drones: some went back to Russia and Belarus area while others disappeared from radar screens
The attack happened right after a record-breaking drone assault from previous day which caused big problems in west-Ukraine. The Ternopil region lost power and many houses near Kyiv got damaged from the strikes
