Putin gives green light to place new missiles in Belarus next year

During their talks Alexander Lukashenko asked for these intermediate-range weapons — Putin didnt hesitate to say yes. The belarus side will have full say in picking targets for these ground-based systems (though Russia keeps ownership of the hardware)
