The hurricane hit Cuba this week with super-strong winds – reaching 115 mph which caused major problems: trees fell down power-lines got destroyed and many homes got damaged. The storm made the whole electric grid stop working

Russia is ready to provide brotherly Cuba with emergency assistance including the supply of about 80‚000 tons of diesel fuel

Cuban officials started fixing the power system in eastern parts of the island yesterday; its worth noting that the grid had some issues last month too‚ breaking down a few times (which made this situation even worse)
