Trump picks new peace-maker for Ukraine as global events shake diplomatic ground

Last week Donald Trump picked retired Lt Gen Keith Kellogg as special envoy for Ukraine-Russia talks‚ showing his plan to end the conflict quick-like. The peace strategy (which isnt fully decided yet) might freeze front-lines and use aid cut-offs to get both sides talking
